Advocate Health in Des Plaines, IL is seeking an Ambulatory and Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This full-time role involves coordinating and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in an ambulatory setting, aligning with evidence-based practice and collaborative team care.

The RN will work Monday to Friday, with one Saturday rotation every 4–6 weeks, supporting a safe and compassionate patient experience across the continuum of care.

Qualificações

• Completion of an accredited nursing program and RN license.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (or 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) and Sat 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.; one Saturday rotation every 4–6 weeks.
• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Follow established standards, policies, and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Utilize evidence-based practice and effective communication to improve patient experience across the continuum.
