St. Mary-Corwin is seeking a Clinic RN to facilitate, communicate, and collaborate with the healthcare team and patients/families, using best practices to maximize patient engagement and self-management.

As an ambulatory care RN, you will promote health, well-being, and safety through the nursing process, following standards and the State Nurse Practice Act, while maintaining accountability within the care setting and organizational mission.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Current state RN license / National Licensure Compact license.
• BLS through American Heart Association.

Aufgaben

• Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interview, review of medical records & clinical data.
• Evaluate patient responses and intervene to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Develop and implement patient plan of care and observe outcomes with the interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate competency in IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Educate patients and families based on assessed learning readiness and needs; evaluate teaching effectiveness.
• Maintain thorough and confidential patient charts and records; document status, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Use information technology to communicate, manage knowledge, mitigate error, and support decision-making.
