Advocate Health is seeking an Ambulatory and Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver patient-centered care in ambulatory settings, using evidence-based practice and clinical expertise, while coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal health outcomes and ensure safety and quality of care.
• Lead and support initiatives to uphold professional practice standards within ambulatory and outpatient settings.
