Qualifications

• Licensed as a physician assistant in the state.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients to determine the need for medical attention.
• Review patient records and take a patient history.
• Perform physical examinations and develop care plans.
• Order and interpret labs as needed; manage initial evaluations.
• Assist in surgical procedures and patient discharge planning.
• Provide counseling and education to patients and families.
