Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years’ leadership experience in health care program management (or equivalent).
• Equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily clinic operations, patient flow, and resource utilization to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality care.
• Drives quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and effective use of technology and data to enhance performance and outcomes.
• Develops and manages the clinic budget, optimizing revenue, expenses, and volume to meet financial and growth targets.
• Provides strategic direction, fosters collaboration, and leads continuous performance improvement aligned with organizational goals.
• Recruits, develops, evaluates, and schedules staff to ensure a competent workforce aligned with clinic needs and compliance requirements.
• Ensures adherence to regulatory standards, documentation requirements, and audit processes to maintain clinical and operational integrity.
• Promotes a patient‑centered culture by modeling service excellence and addressing patient concerns proactively.
