Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of general experience or related education/certification meets the minimum requirements.
• Ability to provide patient/resident care and contribute to the nurse care plan.
• Ability to observe and report patient status to supervisor.
• Ability to use basic nursing equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the full range of nursing care under RN or LPN supervision.
• Observe patient condition and report changes promptly.
• Operate and maintain basic nursing equipment and supplies.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team.
