Job summary

The ideal candidate holds an Associate's degree in Nursing with RN licensure, 5 years of nursing experience or BSN with 3 years including leadership, and BLS; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• 5 years nursing experience or BSN with 3 years leadership.
• BLS certification; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with leaders to ensure safe patient care using evidence-based practices.
• Assists with staff orientation, credentialing, and onboarding.
• Promotes unit compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Supports quality improvement initiatives.
• Contributes to annual performance evaluations and improvement plans.
• Monitors infection control and OSHA compliance with infection control.
• Promotes front-line accountability across the department.
