Michigan Medicine is seeking a Supervisor in Ambulatory Care for Central Sterile Processing to plan, coordinate, and supervise sterile instrument processing activities. The role requires directing daily CSPD operations, staff scheduling, and ensuring quality and safety standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Current certification through CBSPD or HSPA is required.
• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years in sterile processing.
• Extensive knowledge of OR and clinical instrumentation.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily supervision of all CSPD shift work.
• Schedules staff assignments and assists with monthly staffing.
• Ensures adherence to quality systems and safety standards.
• Manages hiring, evaluation and disciplinary processes with HR.
• Communicates professionally with hospital staff and team members.
