Job summary

Required: High School diploma or GED; experience with Windows-based software (Word and Excel); excellent verbal and written communication; basic math; confidentiality of health information; 1+ year of customer service and cash handling; English fluency; preferred bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Windows-based software including Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic Math ability and knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of health information.
• 1+ years of direct face-to-face customer service experience.
• 1+ years of cash handling or collections experience.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
• 6 months in a customer-facing medical or service role; or cross-training experience.
