The nurse will work on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the day, collaborates with physicians and the care team, and contributes to quality improvement and evidence-based practice within the AMG Cardiology service line.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• RN license valid in New Jersey.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Manage patient teaching, triage, and Epic documentation.
• Ensure patient safety, privacy, and timely response to clinical needs.
• Collaborate with care team and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate adherence to PRIDE values and organizational goals.
• In-basket management, medication orders, and lab review as needed.
• Phone call triage and scheduling support; document communications and maintain confidentiality.
