Job summary
Foundation Medical Partners, affiliated with Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, is hiring a registered nurse for ambulatory cardiology.

Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
- RN license in NH, NLC state, or MA required.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to cardiovascular patients in ambulatory setting.
- Triage cardiac symptoms in-person and by phone.
- Collaborate with cardiologists, APRNs, PAs and other specialists to develop care plans.
- Administer cardiac medications, vaccines, and treatments.
- Assist with stress tests, EKGs, Holter monitor placement, and other cardiac procedures.
- Educate patients on heart-healthy lifestyle and chronic condition management.
- Document assessments and outcomes in EMR.
- Monitor patients and escalate care as needed.
