Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in nursing, active RN license, and at least 1 year of relevant experience; ACLS/PALS/BAT/DOT are preferred. The role supports professional growth in a patient‑centered environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Current RN licensure in appropriate state.
• One year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
• ACLS, PALS, BAT and DOT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the care team to complete EPIC inbasket review and results follow-up.
• Perform nursing assessments and provide guidance within RN scope of practice.
• Triage patient concerns, coordinate with providers for timely interventions.
• Conduct nurse visits, administer treatments, and monitor progress.
