• Performs comprehensive medication management and documents in the EHR.
• Coordinates prior authorizations, benefits investigations, renewals, and financial assistance.
• Educates patients and families on treatment goals, schedules, and side effects.
• Supervises pharmacy technicians and ensures compliance with laws and regulations.
