Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field, or equivalent education/experience
• WA licenses: Mental Health Counselor or Marriage & Family Therapist or Clinical Independent Social Worker
• 5 years clinical experience in the area of clinical specialty
• 3 years supervisory/management or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of clinicians and champion ambulatory behavioral health programs
• Shape workflows and ensure seamless day-to-day operations in outpatient settings
• Oversee onboarding, staffing support, and productivity monitoring
• Provide coverage planning to empower clinicians to focus on patient care
