Job summary

Carex Consulting Group seeks a Technical Product Manager to lead an Ambulatory Clinical AI product—from strategy and roadmap to pilots and scaled adoption. You will collaborate with engineering, clinical, data science, and sales teams to embed context-aware AI into outpatient workflows, improving clinical decision-making and reducing documentation burden.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management in healthcare settings or hospital systems.
• Experience taking healthcare products from concept to launch and adoption.
• Experience shipping products integrated with major EHRs (Epic preferred).
• Strong technical and analytical capabilities (SQL) to define metrics and tradeoffs.
• Hands-on AI/ML product experience, including LLM-based clinical apps and RAG.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy, roadmap, development, launch, and scaling of AI-driven clinical intelligence across ambulatory workflows.
• Build decision-support solutions that augment clinical judgment and reduce documentation burden.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, clinical, design, data science, sales, and customer success.
• Partner with health systems to identify opportunities, validate solutions, and drive adoption.
• Define product requirements, participate in design reviews, and work with engineering through launch.
• Define success metrics and measure clinical outcomes, customer value, adoption, and ROI.
• Establish standards for responsible AI deployment in clinical workflows.
