Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
5+ years in healthcare operations, consulting, program management, or digital transformation.
3+ years leading cross-functional initiatives and complex implementations.
3+ years experience with healthcare technologies (Cerner or Epic).
1 year understanding of emerging AI capabilities.
Strong strategic planning, problem solving, and governance skills.

Responsibilities

Lead portfolio governance for ambulatory access initiatives with ROI focus.
Evaluate Cerner, AI, and other technologies; build business cases for investment.
Collaborate with clinical, operational, IT, and vendor stakeholders to drive delivery.
Develop standardized workflows and tools to enable scalable deployments.
Ensure adoption of new technologies through change management and training.
Produce dashboards and reports to monitor access metrics and program outcomes.
