Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an Ambulatory Abdominal Transplant Clinical Pharmacist to support kidney, pancreas, and liver patients in a multidisciplinary Abdominal Transplant Clinic.

The role focuses on safe, effective, patient-centered medication therapy, education for patients and staff, and involvement in protocols, quality improvement, and resident training. Onsite with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for licensure to practice pharmacy in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Board Certification by examination, or equivalent certification, preferred.
• Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 and PGY2 Solid Organ Transplant Pharmacy Residency or Fellowship preferred.
• Experience: 2–3 years preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead education for patients and healthcare professionals in the transplant clinic.
• Contribute to protocols and guidelines and participate in quality improvement projects.
• Engage in research initiatives and resident/student training.
• Collaborate closely with Pharmacy and Transplant Departments to ensure safe medication use.
