Job summary

AMR is seeking a Part Time Vehicle Services Technician Associate to keep ambulances Ready for shift changes. You’ll clean, stock, and inspect vehicles; maintain logs; and support field crews to minimize downtime and ensure rapid response.

The role requires basic office skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work under time constraints while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in the ambulance/vehicle service environment preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage time effectively under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle inventory control and supply/equipment management.
• Clean ambulances and field vehicles inside and out daily.
• Restock ambulance supplies daily.
• Monitor batteries and perform routine checks on equipment.
• Check oil and window washer fluid daily.
• Keep the workspace clean and organized.
• Request supplies to replace as needed.
• Log equipment status and coordinate with Fleet Maintenance.
• Document condition of ambulances at EOS and prep for shifts.
• Update crew-in-service records for equipment tracking.
• Respond to daily inquiries to coordinate between departments.
• Maintain professionalism per company standards.
• Arrive groomed and in proper work attire.
• Complete required training and adhere to security policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
