Qualifications

• State EMT-P or Paramedic license required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required.

• Coordinates patient care with RNs and interdisciplinary team members.
• Recognizes patient status changes and assists with appropriate interventions.
• Maintains thorough EMR documentation of care provided.
• Communicates clearly with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Administers medications according to the five rights and EMR checks.
• Maintains equipment readiness and supplies for patient care.
• Responds rapidly and effectively during emergencies using advanced life support techniques.
