Qualifications

• State Driver’s License
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• CPR card preferred
• Driving record in line with policy
• Pass Physical Agility Test
• Some healthcare work experience

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency dispatch requests and transport patients to facilities.
• Document trip information details and adhere to policies while protecting patient rights.
• Maintain a safe, clean vehicle environment and report any issues to Fleet Manager.
• Communicate using standard radio transmission codes and follow information security standards.
• Operate transportation equipment including stretcher, hydraulic lift, and wheelchair; manage supplies.
• Collaborate professionally with allied health, public safety personnel, drivers and operations team.
