Responsibilities

• Assess caller information and formulate an action plan.
• Schedule and dispatch medical transports and field crews to locations.
• Evaluate call information to determine units and level of care.
• Convey information to field crews in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain accurate call logs and patient information.
• Assign priorities based on urgency and importance.
• Communicate with supervisors, field crews and dispatchers to address issues.
