Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Strong English reading/writing and clear radio/telephone communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive and record requests for ambulance assistance; provide pre-arrival instructions.
• Allocate EMS resources using protocols and decision rules.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and data entry for shifts.
• Generate reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Locate incident scenes and identify safe routes.
• Relay information from supervisors and adhere to procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and equipment.
