Responsibilities

  • Prepare vehicle for conversion and remove interior components.
  • Cut out/remove bumper and floor.
  • Reroute electrical harnesses.
  • Assemble and install conversion components.
  • Install vehicle seats, flooring and interior panels.
  • Assemble and install electrical harnesses and other components.
  • Assemble and install gas tank assemblies.
  • Install and test vehicle air conditioning units.
  • Utilize work order processing software.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and training.
  • Abide by OSHA safety requirements including PPE.

  • Salary Range: $25.00 - $25.00 Hourly
  • Job Shift: 1st Shift
  • Job Category: Hourly, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Primary Responsibilities

The Production Associate position at FR Conversions is a member of the Production Team whose primary duties center around the assembly of the production unit (Van). Associates in this category are assigned to a specified assembly station to perform tasks from preparing a vehicle for modification through the assembly process to a completed unit. Production Associates are required to train on multiple assembly stations and will be assigned to stations as required by the production schedule. Some Production Associates may specialize in certain stations or tasks, but all are required to be flexible and trained on multiple stations. This position reports to a Line Supervisor and then to the Plant Manager.

  • Prepare vehicle for conversion process by removing interior component.

  • Physical ability to work full day lifting, bending, twisting, kneeling in a non-environmentally controlled work environment in a loud work environment.

  • Must possess a valid Driver's License.
