Job summary

Safelite is hiring Warehouse Associates (I and II) to support fulfillment center operations across multiple shifts. You will inspect and prepare glass parts for shipment, assist with warehouse upkeep, and build steel pallets for inventory prep. OT as needed and shifts vary between 1st, Ship-to-Store, and 2nd shifts.

Associate II roles are on 1st and Ship-to-Store, Associate I on 2nd shift. Weekly pay ranges reflect market norms for entry-level warehouse work and emphasize safety in a team-driven

Qualifications

• Experience operating material handling equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers) up to 40 ft.
• Ability to use handheld RF scanners for inventory tasks.
• Commitment to safety and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE up to 40 ft and assist with pallet handling.
• Receive, pick, and ship inventory using RF scanners.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse workspace.
• Support outbound packing and trailer offloading as needed.
