Job summary

Concentra, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist in Bakersfield, CA to deliver high-quality rehabilitative services. You will evaluate patients, design and implement treatment plans, and coordinate care with a multi-disciplinary team.

Candidates should have a PT degree with strong clinical skills, and while a Master’s is preferred, a Bachelor’s is required. The role offers bonus potential and a robust benefits package, including PTO, holidays, and health plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Master's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program preferred.
• Ortho-outpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care and rehabilitative services.
• Evaluate muscle, skeletal, neurological and other physical problems.
• Coordinate treatment with other departments and staff.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Follow quality assurance policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate patients on exercises, supports, and proper care.
• Develop and interpret physical therapy treatment programs for recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians to ensure comprehensive care.
