The Misch Group in Minneapolis seeks an energetic P&C sales professional to independently grow and manage client relationships while pursuing new business opportunities. You will develop targeted coverage programs, identify cross-selling opportunities, and lead initiatives with current clients and prospects.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or 2–5 years of sales experience, excellent communication, and a proven track record of building a strong pipeline in a fast-paced environment.
