AAA Parking is seeking friendly, professional Ambassadors for The Works location in Atlanta. The role is part-time and focused on delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic parking facility.

You will greet customers, provide directions, answer questions about rates and hours, operate pay stations and gates, and assist guests with accessibility needs while maintaining safety and a polished appearance. Join a family-operated company with 65+ years in the parking industry.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in parking, hospitality, security, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Friendly, professional, observant, and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional while assisting customers and resolving concerns.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering and leaving the facility and provide directions to parking areas and points of interest.
• Answer questions about rates, hours, validations, and payment options; assist with pay stations and gates.
• Help customers locate vehicles and assist individuals with special needs or disabilities as needed.
• Monitor flow and help keep entrances, exits, drive lanes, and walkways clear for safety and efficiency.
• Represent AAA Parking professionally with a polished appearance and customer-focused service.

What You’ll Do

Assist Customers and Provide Directions

• Warmly greet customers entering and leaving the parking facility.
• Provide clear directions to parking areas, elevators, exits, nearby buildings, and points of interest.
• Answer questions about parking rates, hours, validations, payment options, and facility procedures.
• Assist customers with pay stations, ticket dispensers, access gates, and other parking equipment.
• Help customers locate their vehicles and provide thoughtful assistance to individuals with special needs or disabilities.
• Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally, involving a supervisor when needed.

Support Parking Operations

• Monitor vehicle and pedestrian flow and help keep entrances, exits, drive lanes, and walkways clear.
• Assist with traffic direction during busy periods, events, or temporary closures.
• Perform routine walkthroughs of the garage and report equipment issues, hazards, suspicious activity, or maintenance needs.
• Help keep parking areas, lobbies, elevator areas, stairwells, and customer-service points clean, organized, and presentable.

Represent AAA Parking Professionally

• Maintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance in accordance with AAA Parking standards.
• Keep the ambassador station and customer-facing areas clean, organized, safe, and inviting.
• Consistently represent AAA Parking and our client with professionalism, courtesy, and helpful service.

Be a Team Player

• Work closely with parking operations, security, maintenance, and property staff to support smooth daily operations.
• Communicate facility conditions, customer concerns, and equipment issues clearly with teammates and supervisors.
• Support fellow team members during busy periods, special events, and peak entry and exit times.

Prioritize Safety & Security

• Follow all safety, security, emergency, and traffic-control procedures.
• Immediately report accidents, injuries, hazards, suspicious activity, property damage, or other incidents to a supervisor.
• Conduct routine inspections of customer areas and parking equipment, and document or communicate issues promptly.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift and work in indoor or outdoor parking environments with varying temperatures and weather conditions.
• Ability to maintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance.
• Must be able to follow safety and security procedures, monitor surroundings, and report incidents accurately.
• Ability to successfully complete any required background check.
