Job summary

AAA Parking is seeking friendly, professional On Call Valet Attendants for the 2nd shift at our Atlanta location. You will greet guests, open doors, assist with coats and luggage, and provide information about local attractions and hotel amenities.

You will safely park and retrieve vehicles, manage keys, and maintain a polished appearance while delivering excellent guest service in a fast-paced hospitality setting. This role emphasizes teamwork and safety across our partner hotels.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Previous valet, hospitality, parking, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including automatic and, preferably, manual-transmission vehicles.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and dependable, with a strong commitment to punctuality and attendance.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as business needs require.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry guest luggage and other items as needed.
• Ability to maintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance.

• Work closely with hotel staff to coordinate smooth guest arrivals and departures.

Prioritize Safety & Security

• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to protect guests, vehicles, keys, and team members.
• Immediately report accidents, injuries, vehicle damage, or other incidents to a supervisor.
• Conduct routine inspections of the valet area and equipment.
