Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring a Community Associate or Manager to build the Herd, a family and ambassador community that fuels growth. You will own the ambassador program end to end, grow the community, and be the voice of our families inside the company.

This role requires empathy, creativity, and the ability to turn ideas into an actionable program. You will work to make belonging feel authentic, not transactional, while designing experiences like a members-only family retreat and a private podcast

Responsibilities

• Own the ambassador program end to end: recruitment, onboarding, incentives, points, recognition, and swag families are proud to wear
• Grow the online spaces, recurring touchpoints, and events that keep families connected
• Turn connection into referrals by building systems that reward happy families for bringing in new ones
• Be the voice of the family by feeding insights back to brand, product, and leadership
