Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Alpaca Health is hiring a Social Media Associate to own our presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. You will manage the calendar, post consistently, respond to comments and DMs, and create content that stops thumbs.
You will collaborate with brand, design, events and community teams, shoot and edit on-brand video, jump on trends, grow followers, and measure impact to drive real inbound from families and clinicians.
Alpaca Health helps clinicians become entrepreneurs, starting in autism care. We give BCBAs the software, payer contracting, and back-office muscle to launch and scale their own practices, so power in healthcare shifts back to the people actually giving the care.
We have raised over $14M from investors like Core Innovation Capital, Adverb Ventures, and South Park Commons. We serve hundreds of families and are growing 30% month over month.
We also move fast. Last week, we threw a festival for 600 people, planned in under two weeks, with real alpacas on site. That is the energy around here. If that sounds like your kind of chaos, keep reading.
We are hiring a Social Media Associate to own our always-on presence across every channel: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. You will run the calendar, post consistently, manage the community in the comments and DMs, and, most importantly, make content that is genuinely good enough to stop a thumb.
You will work with brand (who sets the voice), the graphic designer (assets), and the events and community teams (a firehose of real moments to capture). This is a creator role as much as a manager role: you should be comfortable pulling out a phone, shooting, and cutting something great yourself. Bold ideas are welcome and expected—a recurring series starring our providers, a trend we hijack in an hour, a video that makes autism care feel warm and human instead of clinical.
