Job summary

FIGS seeks a proactive community marketing professional to support our healthcare ambassador program. You will collaborate with social, impact, and cross-functional partners to execute ambassador initiatives, plan events, and help launch new products through sampling and content creation.

You will manage relationships with creators, help track campaigns, and contribute to social outreach across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, while growing with FIGS in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing.
• Experience reporting on influencer marketing campaigns and related efforts.
• Experience communicating clearly via email, phone and social media.

Responsibilities

• Work with community team to support ambassador initiatives.
• Support digital and in person event planning for ambassador community.
• Maintain up-to-date information on ambassadors.
• Assist with product launches through sampling and ordering.
• Aid in social content creation for community platforms.
