Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in roles requiring meticulous organization, record-keeping, and process management.
  • Experience using project management platforms like Monday, Planner, Asana.
  • Familiarity with Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and TikTok.
  • Excellent attention to detail in handling contracts, compliance documents, and payment workflows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with influencer marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in travel, destination marketing, or hospitality industries are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and shortlist potential partners primarily on Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and TikTok, with opportunities to expand to YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms as needed.
  • Initiate and track all outreach communications, maintaining accurate records of contact and response.
  • Prepare and coordinate contracts, compliance forms, NDAs, and other essential documentation.
  • Guide new partners through onboarding, collecting required information and ensuring all files are up-to-date.
  • Maintain campaign trackers, monitor deadlines, and ensure deliverables are submitted on schedule.
  • Check influencer content for brand compliance and coordinate approvals with internal teams.
  • Serve as a reliable point-of-contact for influencers and clients, providing updates and addressing requests promptly.
  • Work closely with the agency’s social media team to ensure influencer contracts include usage rights for campaign amplification, including paid ads.
  • Oversee the workflow from first contact to campaign wrap-up and payment processing; verify payment details and invoices.
  • Build positive relationships with influencers and clients; proactively identify potential issues and escalate when needed.
  • Participate in campaign planning and debriefs to suggest process improvements.

Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and process-oriented Influencer Partnerships Coordinator to join our team. In this critical support role, you will ensure the seamless execution of influencer campaigns by managing the logistics, documentation, and communications that keep our programs running smoothly. Your attention to detail and commitment to following established procedures will be essential to the success of our influencer partnerships, from initial outreach through to campaign completion and payment confirmation.

Key Responsibilities:

Research, identify, and shortlist potential partners primarily on Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and TikTok, with opportunities to expand to YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms as needed.

Initiate and track all outreach communications, maintaining accurate records of contact and response.

Documentation & Onboarding:

Prepare and coordinate contracts, compliance forms, NDAs, and other essential documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

Guide new partners through every step of onboarding, collecting required information and ensuring all files are up-to-date and properly stored.

Campaign Coordination:
  • Maintain campaign trackers, monitor deadlines, and ensure deliverables are submitted on schedule.
  • Check influencer content for brand compliance and quality, liaising with internal teams for approvals as required.
  • Serve as a reliable point-of-contact for influencers and clients, providing updates and addressing requests promptly.
Internal Collaboration & Contract Compliance:
  • Work closely with the agency’s social media team to ensure influencer contracts include all necessary usage rights and permissions required for campaign amplification, including paid social advertising.
  • Guarantee that all contractual terms support the agency’s ability to promote influencer content across paid and organic channels.
Process & Payment Management:
  • Oversee the entire workflow from first contact through to campaign wrap-up and payment processing, ensuring each step is completed correctly and efficiently.
  • Verify payment details, submit invoices and documentation, and follow up as needed to guarantee timely compensation for partners.
Relationship & Issue Management:
  • Build positive working relationships with influencers and clients, fostering ongoing collaboration.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues, escalating to leadership when needed.
  • Participate in campaign planning and debriefs, offering insights to optimize future processes.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in roles requiring meticulous organization, record-keeping, and process management (e.g., project coordination, campaign support, social media operations, or similar).
  • Experience in Microsoft Office platforms (Teams, Outlook, Excel in particular).
  • Experience working in project management platforms like Monday, Planner, Asana.
  • Familiarity with Meta (Instagram/Facebook), TikTok, and other major social platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling contracts, compliance documents, and payment workflows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using campaign management or influencer marketing platforms is a plus (e.g., Tagger/Sprout Social, CreatorIQ, Later).
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills; comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Collaborative team player with a service-oriented approach.
  • Proactive in identifying roadblocks, proposing solutions, and escalating as appropriate.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in travel, destination marketing, or hospitality industries are a plus.
