The Spirit of the Position
As an Ambassador, you play a vital role in creating a positive parking experience for every customer. You are responsible for delivering exceptional service, maintaining a clean and safe parking facility, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Your professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction help create an outstanding experience for our guests and clients.
What You'll Do
Customer Service Excellence
- Welcome customers with a friendly, professional, and helpful attitude.
- Build positive relationships through responsive service and effective problem resolution.
- Assist customers in parking facilities, lobbies, lanes, and office areas.
- Provide directions, answer questions, and assist with parking-related concerns.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through a positive, "can-do" approach.
Parking Operations
- Process monthly parking payments, debit transactions, and credit card payments.
- Complete required reports and documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain parking equipment and report operational issues promptly.
- Support daily parking operations while following company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding operational needs.
Facility Maintenance & Safety
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment.
- Perform routine facility upkeep, including sweeping, trash removal, surface cleaning, and minor maintenance tasks.
- Monitor the property for safety concerns and address potential hazards promptly.
- Help direct traffic to ensure safe and efficient vehicle flow.
- Assist in maintaining a secure environment for customers and employees.
Team & Professionalism
- Arrive prepared, in uniform, and ready to work for all scheduled shifts.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while remaining a collaborative team member.
- Follow supervisor instructions and company standards.
- Support location needs and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required
- Customer service experience required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- The City of Denver requires that all candidates pass an English proficiency exam.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to remain professional during challenging situations.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
Preferred
- Previous parking, hospitality, retail, facilities, or customer-facing experience.
- Cash handling or payment processing experience.
- Experience working outdoors or in active environments.
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
- Bend, squat, stoop, and move frequently throughout the workday.
- Perform physical tasks associated with facility maintenance and customer assistance.
