Job summary

LBU Community Clinic in Dallas is seeking an Ambassador to greet patients, visitors, and guests with warmth and clear guidance. You will monitor patient flow and support front-end operations to ensure a calm, service‑oriented presence from the moment someone enters the clinic.

The role emphasizes welcoming service, bilingual Spanish/English communication, and supporting a patient-centered environment across Dallas-area locations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, public health or related field preferred.
  • Healthcare or customer-facing experience preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
  • Must be willing to travel between different clinic locations (Dallas Area).
  • Must maintain required immunizations & medical testing in alignment with organizational policy.

  • Serve as the welcoming, highly visible first point of contact for patients, visitors, and guests.
  • Create a positive experience from the moment individuals enter the clinic by offering warm greetings, clear guidance, and a calm, service-oriented presence.
  • Actively monitor patient flow, track dwell times, and identify barriers that impact access or efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot issues in real time, support front-end operations, and help ensure a smooth patient journey with exceptional service.
