LBU Community Clinic is seeking a customer‑facing team member to handle incoming calls, provide information about services, and help with scheduling. The role requires strong customer orientation and flexibility to travel locally if needed, with immunizations and medical testing maintained.

In this role, you will handle incoming calls and provide accurate information about clinic services while identifying customer needs and assisting with scheduling, call transfers, and general inquiries. You will troubleshoot and resolve basic concerns, schedule or adjust appointments based on availability, and verify insurance coverage and sliding‑fee eligibility. You will document and relay messages efficiently, respond promptly to after‑hours service messages, and assess the urgency of calls to escape them to the appropriate staff, such as nurses, when necessary. Additional duties may be assigned by supervisory staff.
You are customer oriented. You are able to work occasional Saturdays, travel locally when required, and maintain all necessary immunizations and medical testing. No prior experience or specialized training is required. Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus.
