Job summary

Altenloh, Brinck & Co. US, Inc. is seeking a machine operator to tend, troubleshoot, and support production lines for engineered fasteners under SPAX and TRUFAST brands.

Responsibilities include machine operation, quality checks, batch documentation, and teamwork to maintain continuous operations. Starting pay is $21.00 per hour (including shift differential) with quarterly incentives and an Operator Training Program to raise earnings through progressive training.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience reading blueprints and measuring with calipers/mmicrometers.
• Demonstrates strong math, safety awareness and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate machine and run assigned production; report malfunctions beyond certified skill level.
• Perform batch checks and ensure quality; document SPC checks as required.
• Work with teammates to maintain production and complete ERP labor reporting.
• Perform machine diagnostics, routine maintenance, and part changeovers as needed.
• Ensure 1st piece approvals and maintain safety and housekeeping.
