Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain licensure and operate forklift.
• Good attendance and reliable work history.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and run production; notify leads or managers of major malfunctions.
• Perform batch checks and ensure parts meet specifications.
• Perform documented SPC checks and log quality data.
• Work with teammates to ensure continuous production.
• Record labor and quantities in ERP system; print product IDs.
• Complete daily shift maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
• Handle material to support continuous operation.
• Perform part changeovers with setup personnel when needed.
