Mondo is seeking a hands-on Amazon Search Specialist to join our remote team in the United States. The role focuses on executing, optimizing, and analyzing Sponsored Ads campaigns, with ownership of day-to-day management and data-driven improvements.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of Amazon Ads experience, manages substantial monthly budgets, and works well in multi-client agency settings. This contract offers benefits eligibility and a path to extension or permanent placement.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of hands-on Amazon Search / Sponsored Ads experience.
• Experience managing $70K monthly media budgets.
• Strong campaign optimization and performance analysis skills.
• Hands-on experience with Skai and/or Pacvue required.
• Agency or multi-client experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
• Own keyword strategy, bidding, budgets, targeting, and campaign structure.
• Analyze performance against ROAS, conversion, sales, and other client KPIs.
• Identify optimization and growth opportunities across Amazon Search.
• Translate campaign performance into clear insights and recommendations.
• Manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Amazon Search Specialist

Location-Type: Remote (US Based)

Start Date Is: ASAP

Duration: 3 Month Contract (option to extend or convert permanent)

Compensation Range: $30-34/hour W2

Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401K

Role Overview
