Job summary

BCforward seeks an Amazon Retail Development Coordinator to join our client’s team, supporting retail initiatives with Amazon. The coordinator will engage with Amazon and licensees, translate priorities for internal stakeholders, and manage timelines across programs and product launches.

The ideal candidate has experience with Amazon retail platforms, Brand Registry, and a proactive, collaborative approach to cross-functional work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2-3 years in the licensing industry.
• 1-2 years working with Amazon retail platforms.
• Experience with Amazon Brand Registry.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management and execution of Amazon retail strategies and programs.
• Assist in developing retail initiatives across client brands and franchises with internal teams, licensees, retailers, and partners.
• Serve as a front-facing partner with Amazon and vendors to discuss campaigns and priorities.
• Collect, organize, and maintain product information, including accurate ASIN setup, listings, availability, launch timing, and promotional participation.
• Maintain product trackers, retail assortments, sales reports, marketing calendars, and key planning documents.
