Job summary

Stanley 1913 is seeking a Manager of Amazon Operations to lead performance, governance, and execution of the Amazon business. You will own Vendor Central operations, inventory risk, and compliance while partnering with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Experience to drive reliable execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ecommerce, customer operations, supply chain, or Amazon operations.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience managing Amazon Vendor Central operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Amazon operational performance, KPIs, scorecards, and service levels.
• Monitor fill rate, order health, compliance, and operational defects.
• Lead governance of Vendor Central processes and workflows.
• Maintain catalog accuracy and support product transitions with cross-functional teams.
• Lead escalation and cross-functional resolution of complex issues.
