Joie Children's Products, Inc. in Solana Beach is seeking an experienced Amazon Business Manager to lead merchandising strategy, digital shelf performance, and customer experience across our brand portfolio.

This role partners across Sales, Marketing, Creative, Operations, and external agencies to drive revenue growth and optimize conversion. Responsibilities include steering Amazon merchandising roadmaps, overseeing product detail pages and brand stores, and delivering data-driven

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Merchandising, E-Commerce, or a related field preferred.
3–5 years of experience in Amazon merchandising, eCommerce, digital merchandising, or online retail.
Extensive experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.
Demonstrated success developing and executing merchandising strategies that drive revenue growth.
Experience managing multiple brands, product categories, or consumer product portfolios.
Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and leading initiatives across complex business environments.

Responsibilities

Define and lead Amazon merchandising strategies that drive revenue growth across a portfolio of brands.
Establish merchandising priorities and optimization roadmaps based on performance, trends, and customer behavior.
Influence cross-functional decisions related to launches, promotions, and merchandising opportunities within Amazon.
Lead digital shelf strategy across Amazon: product pages, brand stores, and enhanced content.
Oversee optimization of product detail pages, brand stores, and enhanced content experiences.
Establish merchandising standards and governance across Amazon properties.
Evaluate digital shelf performance and drive optimization initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement of the Amazon customer journey through best practices and data insights.
Lead content strategy to strengthen storytelling and search visibility across Amazon.
Partner with Marketing/Creative to plan imagery, video, A+ content, and Brand Store plans.
