Job summary

Trove Brands in Lehi, Utah is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to oversee Amazon inventory, movement, receipts, transfers, adjustments, and reconciliations across Trove's systems.

You will collaborate with Amazon Operations, Logistics, Finance, and external warehouses to ensure accurate reporting and control, support month-end close, and drive process improvements for inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years inventory experience, preferably with Amazon as customer.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• College Degree in Business, Supply Chain ETC. (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Investigate inventory discrepancies and drive resolution.
• Work with Amazon Operations, Logistics, Finance and warehouse partners to ensure accurate receipt, reporting and accounting of inventory.
• Support month-end reconciliation and Inventory Control KPIs.
• Identify inventory risks and maintain documentation of open discrepancies.
• Own Amazon inventory from receipt through fulfillment with high accuracy.
