Job summary

Trove Brands is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage Amazon inventory across Trove Brands and partner systems. This role focuses on receipts, transfers, adjustments, and reconciliations to support inventory availability and customer service.

You will collaborate with Amazon Operations, Logistics, Finance, and external warehouse partners to ensure accurate reporting; participate in month-end close, KPI tracking, and audits to strengthen inventory control and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of inventory experience, preferably with Amazon as the customer.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• College degree in Business, Supply Chain, etc. (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Investigate inventory discrepancies and drive resolution before affecting inventory availability.
• Coordinate with Amazon Operations, Logistics, Finance and warehouse partners to ensure accurate receiving and reporting.
• Support month-end reconciliation, KPIs, audits, and process improvements for the Amazon network.
• Identify inventory risks and maintain clear documentation of open discrepancies.
• Own Amazon inventory from receipt through fulfillment while maintaining accuracy.
