We work with disruptive brands, big budgets, and make crazy ideas come to life!

Our model is built upon the core values of Alignment and Transparency , which means that, unlike traditional agencies that win by charging huge retainers, Pilothouse wins by delivering huge results.

Alongside our team of 180+ members spanning Media Buyers, Copywriters, Content Managers, Landing Page Developers, Content Creators, Email & SMS Coordinators, CGC & Influencer Managers, we need an Amazon Growth Specialist to own the day-to-day growth and performance of Amazon accounts and work alongside an amazing team.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 4+ years of hands‑on experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts
  • Proven experience building, managing, and optimizing Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns
  • Strong understanding of Amazon advertising metrics including ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rate
  • Experience optimizing Amazon listings and catalogues, including titles, bullets, backend search terms, A+ Content, images, and variations
  • Experience with Amazon promotions, inventory forecasting, and replenishment planning
  • Working knowledge of Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, and tools such as Helium 10
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, with the ability to analyze performance data and turn it into actionable recommendations
  • Experience working directly with clients, including leading calls and presenting performance and strategy
ESSENTIAL QUALITIES:
  • Strategic thinker who can connect day-to-day Amazon execution to broader business and growth goals
  • Highly analytical and comfortable using data to identify opportunities, diagnose performance issues, and make decisions
  • Strong communicator who can turn complex Amazon data into clear recommendations for clients and teammates
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines independently
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and a constant drive to improve how things are done
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Own the advertising strategy and ongoing optimization for a portfolio of Amazon accounts, including campaign structure, bids, budgets, targeting, search terms, and negatives
  • Analyze account performance and identify opportunities across advertising, organic growth, conversion, catalogue health, and competitive positioning
  • Develop and maintain account strategies, including traffic and conversion plans based on client goals, search data, and competitive insights
  • Identify listing and catalogue optimization opportunities and work with our support team to execute and quality-check improvements

  • Lead recurring client calls, reporting, and strategic discussions while keeping clients aligned on goals, performance, and next steps
  • Stay on top of Amazon platform updates, advertising changes, and emerging tools, including AI, and bring new ideas and efficiencies to the team
ABOUT THE POSITION

This is a hands‑on Amazon growth role for someone who understands that successful Amazon management goes well beyond adjusting bids.

You’ll be responsible for looking at the full picture — advertising performance, search behavior, catalogue health, conversion, inventory, promotions, and competitive positioning — and turning those insights into clear actions that drive growth for our clients.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Amazon and a broader team of channel specialists and support partners. We’re looking for someone who can operate independently, communicate confidently with clients, and isn’t afraid to get into the details when an account needs attention.

We’re also building and refining how we approach Amazon at Pilothouse, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys improving processes, documenting what works, experimenting with new tools, and sharing their knowledge with the team.

Whether you’re deep in an Amazon Ads report, preparing for Prime Day, reviewing a listing optimization, or presenting your latest growth opportunities to a client, you’ll have a direct impact on the performance of the accounts you manage.

Team culture is everything at Pilothouse. We have regular check-ins to discuss industry trends and new opportunities. You’ll work with a team that has decades of marketing experience who want to learn from you just as much as you will from them.

ADDED BONUS
  • Experience with Amazon DSP
  • Amazon Ads Academy certifications
  • Experience managing multiple brands or categories in an agency environment
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to improve analysis, workflows, and day‑to‑day operations
  • Experience writing SOPs or process documentation
