Responsibilities

• Support Sales Manager and serve as a knowledgeable resource for reps and retailers.
• Handle order management and product inquiries as the primary point of contact.
• Resolve invoicing/credit card issues in collaboration with Sales Manager as needed.
• Manage order entry and revisions, and track fulfillment issues with cross functional teams.
