Job summary

Front Row in New York City is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to own day-to-day Amazon DSP and AMC execution for a book of 5–7 accounts. You will be the primary DSP contact, managing budgets, pacing, and performance reporting to deliver client goals.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on Amazon DSP experience, familiarity with Streaming TV/OLV, and strong attribution-based decision making. Base location is NYC with offices in other cities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience building, launching, and optimizing Amazon DSP campaigns.
• Experience with Streaming TV and OLV line items.
• Solid knowledge of Amazon retail, Amazon DSP, and AMC fundamentals.
• Ability to read AMC outputs and apply attribution findings to campaign decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize Amazon DSP campaigns from brief through execution across accounts.
• Manage budgets and pacing, flag risk early, and optimize to client goals.
• Produce recurring performance reporting and derive insights explaining movement.
• Lead the DSP portion of client calls and stay current on brand initiatives.
