Job summary

InstantServe LLC is seeking a senior IT professional to manage AWS GovCloud telecom infrastructure, including Amazon Connect, EC2, S3, IAM, and Linux VMs. You will implement security controls per NIST 800-53 and FedRAMP, while automating infrastructure with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

You will support CI/CD pipelines, backups, disaster recovery, and DevSecOps, and participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies with on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience.
• 3+ years of AWS experience (GovCloud preferred).
• Strong Amazon Connect expertise (call flows, Lex, Lambda).
• Proficiency in cloud networking, IAM, Linux, and IaC tools.
