Job summary

My Amazon Guy is a growing digital marketing agency seeking a Brand Manager to coordinate and remove roadblocks across PPC, SEO Copy, Design, and Catalog Merchandising. You’ll ensure timely completion and guide specialists and teams to progress projects.

You’ll lead tasks, monitor workload, elevate roadblocks to the Brand Manager, and produce sales, advertising, and SEO reports while maintaining strong client communication and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience delegating tasks and balancing workloads.
• Strong organizational skills to oversee multiple projects and identify roadblocks early.
• Coaching and guidance abilities to support high performance and growth.
• Proficiency with project management tools, spreadsheets, and reporting.
• Knowledge of Amazon catalog management including manual updates and flat files.
• Excellent communication skills for client calls and meeting documentation.

Responsibilities

• Delegate, distribute, and monitor tasks to balance workload and meet MAG standards
• Identify project roadblocks and elevate to the Brand Manager or affected team members
• Review client and guild project boards to confirm tasks are progressing
• Report to the Brand Manager when more tasks are needed and track team productivity
• Produce sales, advertising, and SEO reports and assist with catalog merchandising or troubleshooting
• Hold team members accountable for task completion and deliverables
