Prime Team is seeking an Amazon Affiliate Specialist to lead and scale affiliate programs across multiple agency clients. You will manage Amazon Associates, influencer workflows, creator partnerships, and performance reporting to drive measurable revenue.

The role involves recruiting creators, developing commission strategies, coordinating content briefs, and delivering client-facing performance insights while ensuring compliance with program policies.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or influencer marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Associates and Amazon Influencer Program.
• Experience managing multiple clients and campaigns.
• Strong ability to interpret performance data and make client recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization and deadline management.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, CRM, and reporting templates.
