The Amazon Advertising team is seeking a passionate and driven Executive Assistant to support at least two Directors in the Amazon Publisher Monetization (APM) organization. This role will support two leaders who oversee a teams of 200+ employees in total. This position will serve as part of a close-knit EA team supporting the broader Advertising organization of 16000+ employees worldwide.
We are looking for a self-motivated, resourceful, tech-savvy problem solver that demonstrates the ability to look around corners, understand business priorities and proactively anticipate needs. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests across global teams is required. Successful candidates have the ability to complete complex tasks quickly and proactively with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior executives internal and external to Amazon is essential. They will also partner with onsite operational teams to support the Amazon Ads locations and play a major role in the team's overall site strategy. This position requires the capacity to work successfully in a team environment, and build effective working relationships.
Every day is different, but a typical day will involve managing a high volume of email, coordinating with EAs across the organization to schedule often complex, high priority meetings, and partnering closely with the leadership team on various initiatives and events. Working in a highly ambiguous environment, you will complete tasks and projects quickly and with little to no guidance, taking effective action without having to know the whole picture.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
